في 25 تموز 2024، طردت دورية من أمن الدولة سوريين/ات، من زغرتا وعبرين (قضاء البترون) وبصرما (قضاء الكورة)، «بعد أن كانت قد وجهت إليهم إنذارات بالإخلاء قبل فترة، بناءً على قرارات الجهات الرسمية المختصة».

وفي 22 تموز، طرد الجهاز نفسه «50 نازحاً سورياً من بلدة ​القلمون (قضاء طرابلس)​، بعد إنذارات كانت قد وجهتها إليهم قبل فترة».

يستكمل هذا الإجراء التعسفي، الذي يتذرع بـ«الإقامة غير الشرعية»، وشمل منذ أيار الماضي – وفق المعلن فحسب- 19 بلدة، حملة التحريض الحكومية ضد السوريين/ات في لبنان. مع العلم أن غالبية المطرودين/ات من أماكن سكنهم/ن، ينتقلون إلى مدن وقرى أخرى داخل لبنان.

Expulsion of Syrians from Zgharta, Abreen, Bsarma, and Al-Qalamoun

On July 25, 2024, a State Security patrol expelled Syrians from Zgharta, Abreen (in Batroun district), and Bsarma (in Koura district), “after having previously issued eviction notices based on decisions from the relevant official authorities.”

On July 22, the same agency expelled “50 Syrian displaced persons from the town of Al-Qalamoun (in Tripoli district) after having issued prior eviction notices.”

This arbitrary measure, which is justified by “illegal residency,” has since May included, according to official statements, 19 towns. It continues the government’s campaign of incitement against Syrians in Lebanon. It is worth noting that most of those expelled from their homes move to other cities and villages within Lebanon.
