فجر 13 أيار 2024، داهمت قوة من مخابرات الجيش ثلاثة مخيمات للاجئين/ات السوريين/ات في تل سرحون في بر الياس. وكانت حصيلة المعتقلين كالتالي:
مخيم ديبو/ 019: عدد الاعتقالات 101
مخيم 045: عدد الاعتقالات 11
مخيم 018: عدد الاعتقالات 61
– العشوائية
لا أحد يعلم ما المعايير التي اتبعتها مخابرات الجيش في اعتقال هؤلاء الأشخاص من دون غيرهم – غير العشوائية والبلطجة طبعاً. إذ إن عدداً كبيراً من المعتقلين يملك إقامات أو مسجلاً لدى مفوضية الأمم المتحدة لشؤون اللاجئين بصفة لاجئ. كما أن عدداً منهم تتجاوز أعمارهم الستين عاماً.
– العنف
أثناء مداهمة مخيم ديبو المعروف بـ019، اعتدت مخابرات الجيش على سكانه، وحطمت عدداً من أبواب الخيم التي يعيشون فيها. وبحسب الشهادات، تم الاعتداء على المعتقلين خلال نقلهم إلى الحدود السورية أيضاً.
– الترحيل القسري
بعد المداهمات واعتقال 173 سورياً، رحلت مخابرات الجيش المعتقلين قسراً إلى الحدود السورية، من دون السماح لهم حتى بتوديع عائلاتهم وأولادهم.
ومن بين المعتقلين، شبان مطلوبون للخدمة العسكرية، وقد طُلب منهم مراجعة الأمن السوري. وهناك شخص مطلوب من النظام انقطعت أخباره لحظة وصوله إلى الأراضي السورية.
May 13th: Forced Deportation of Syrians from Bar Elias
On the dawn of May 13, 2024, a military intelligence force raided three Syrian refugee camps in Tal Sarhoun, Bar Elias. The number of detainees from was as follows:
Dbibo Camp /019: Number of arrests: 101
Camp 045: Number of arrests: 11 arrests
Camp 018: Number of arrests: 61
– The Randomness
No one knows the criteria followed by the army intelligence in arresting these individuals over others – except for randomness and thuggery, of course. Many of the detainees have residency permits or are registered with the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) as refugees. Moreover, some of them are over sixty years old.
– Violence
During the raid on Dbibo Camp, also known as 019, the army intelligence assaulted its residents and smashed several doors of the tents they lived in. According to testimonies, detainees were also subjected to violence during their transfer to the Syrian border.
– Forced Deportation
After raids and the arrest of 173 Syrians, the army intelligence forcibly deported them to the Syrian border, without even allowing them to bid farewell to their families and children.
Among the detainees are young men wanted for military service, who have been requested to report to the Syrian security forces. Additionally, there is an individual sought by the regime whose whereabouts have been untraceable since his arrival on Syrian territory.
