أقامت بلدية الغبيري، الاثنين في 18 أيلول 2023، حواجز لمصادرة دراجات نارية وتوك توك يقودها «أجانب» (من دون غيرهم/ن) من دون تسجيل أو رخص قيادة، وفق ما أعلن رئيس البلدية معن الخليل على إكس. 

وبحسب الخليل، فإن قيادة «أجانب» (من دون غيرهم/ن) لآليات غير مسجلة «ظاهرة» تسببت بحوادث مرورية، محذراً أن البلدية ستشدد الإجراءات في الأيام المقبلة.

Ghobeiry Muncipality’s Tyranny towards “Foreigners” 

Ghobeiry Municipality set up check points on September, Monday, 18, 2023, to confiscate motorcycles and tuk-tuks driven by ‘foreigners’ (among others) without registration or driver’s licenses, as announced by the Mayor, Maan El Khaleel, on X news. 

According to Khaleel, the driving of ‘foreigners’ (among others) of unregistered vehicles is a Prominant ‘phenomenon’ that has caused traffic accidents, warning that the municipality will tighten measures in the coming days.
