رفض دمج التلاميذ/ات السوريين/ات واللبنانيين/ات في دوام المدارس الرسمية النهاري ليس عبثياً. المخاطر كثيرة، لكن كشفها يحتاج إلى بعض وجهات النظر العنصرية. كأن يقال إن السوريين/ات يجلبون الأمراض والعنف والتنمر إلى المدارس. أو أنهم/ن سيتسببون في تراجع المستوى التعليمي وخلخلة خصوصية لبنان الثقافية. لكن الأسوأ، هو احتمال تعبيرهم/ن عن آرائهم/ن.

دمج التلاميذ السوريين في المدارس اللبنانية سيؤدي إلى تأثيرات سلبية وكارثية على جميع المستويات من اكتظاظ الفصول الدراسية وتراجع جودة التعليم وانخفاض معدلات التحصيل الدراسي كما يعرض صحة الطلاب والمعلمين للخطر بسبب انتشار الأمراض والوباء بين الطلاب النازحين. كما سيؤدي دمج التلاميذ السوريين أيضاً إلى انتشار العنف والتنمر داخل المدارس، حيث يمكن أن تنشأ توترات واضطرابات بين الطلاب بسبب الاختلافات الثقافية واللغوية والاجتماعية وبالتالي يجب أن نحمي بيئة التعليم اللبنانية من هذه المشاكل الخطيرة.

بمعنى أوضح أن عملية الدمج ستؤدي إلى خلخلة في المناهج التربوية وخصوصية لبنان الثقافية والتعلمية إلى الإرساليات وسواهم، وهذا سيكون له تداعيات سلبية ليس على الواقع التربوي فحسب وإنما سياسياً.
