Excerpts from despicableness: Hector Hajjar in a Syrian refugee camp in the Bekaa Valley

In an interview with Al-Hurra TV, broadcasted on November 28 of the last month, Minister of Social Affairs Hector Hajjar toured a Syrian refugee camp in the Bekaa Valley, denouncing their way of life and ignoring the inhumane conditions in which they live, and the responsibility of the authority that he represents. As Hajjar emphasized his role in “making things difficult for them”, he held them responsible for the poor health situation of their camps and the spread of cholera there.
